Bradford Carrick is certainly making his mark!
After graduating as The Blackbird Academy’s Platinum Award winner (valedictorian) in Fall 2015, he went on to spend a year working at ShangriLA Studio – owned by Rick Rubin – in Malibu, CA. Wanting to get back to his roots as a multi-instrumentalist, Bradford joined country artist Chris Lane as a bassist, MD, and Ableton specialist. Bradford’s talents are immense and expansive – he plays the bass, drums, and mandolin – and even refinished a custom 1954 Chevrolet Bel Air with his father when tours paused in 2020. Way to go, Bradford! We can’t wait to catch a show when he’s back out on the road.
