  1. Submit Your Application & Deposit – Submit this form with your 50% deposit to reserve your place.
  2. Pay the Remaining Tuition – The balance is due no later than 30 days before camp.

Cancellation Policy

  • Full Refund: You must cancel in writing within 5 days of submitting your application to receive a full refund of your deposit.
  • Partial Refund: If you cancel 45 days or more before camp, a $200 cancellation fee applies.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 45 days of camp will forfeit the deposit.
